L’o de Vie Consulting BV is a company incorporated under Belgian law, with registered office at Rue D’Aulnoit 79A 7890 Ellezelles (BE), registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under business number BE 1005.039.764

In all situations described in this Privacy Statement, L’o de Vie Consulting BV will process your Personal Data as a controller. This means that we determine the purposes and means of processing this Personal Data; in other words, we determine its ‘how’ and ‘why’.

When L’o de Vie Consulting BV processes your Personal Data, the Data Protection Act grants you various rights. Barring legal exceptions, you can exercise them free of charge. If you contact us to exercise your rights, we will respond within one month. Exceptionally, this may take longer (up to a maximum of three months in total), but we will let you know within one month. Whether or not you can exercise your rights depends on the processing and the legal basis.

7.2 Right to object

8 Does this Privacy Statement apply to third party websites?
